Ill YAY

Currently the title on my laptop looks like 111 YAY hopefully the blog format doesn't make it look like that on the actual post.

Anyway I'm back after what's probably been about two months, I went on my engineering course and then managed to get appendicitis which is lovely and because my appendix hasn't burst yet it's still in my system so I'm living with a grumbling appendix. I've therefore been in and out of hospital and the General Practice for the last three weeks.

Last weekend whilst I was in hospital, dealing with 0 connection and signal, they found that I also have a rather severe kidney infection (which has a specific name beginning with 'P' but I can't be bothered to find out what it is) so yeah I'm now on really strong antibiotics as well as my painkillers (codine) so I'm essentially a zombie with a slightly higher brain capacity.

And there is your explanation as to why there's been nothing new on here for a while... I have a reason for once, a really long one though.

I postered two of my other walls yesterday evening so only have one wall to go...

I really have nothing to say now  as nothing else has really happened lately other than I've slept a lot, apparently that's what occurs when I'm basically knocked out with drugs...

I'm off to clean my fridge (I'm sure you wanted to know that) so I'll see all of you next time I'm awake enough to actually type.

First Times Challenge

Okey Dokey, here we are again.

So recently there's been a tag going round Youtube called My First Time. And as a while ago I ran out of ideas for what to write, I asked a friend, no names mentioned, what to do and they suggested this, and so finally I've gotten round to honoring that idea. So I've just kind of mixed up some of the categories from the videos and if you haven't seen any of them you really should go check them out, they're seriously hilarious. So yeah you guys can get to know me a bit better, and those of you who know me fairly well might learn something knew...

So here we go:

My First Pet: Okay so this really depends on what you class as a pet. When I was 5 my family started keeping chickens, I had one that was mine and I really can't remember her name now, I know that my sister's was called Lavender and my brother's was Henrietta. Yeah the pun was intended. However my first real pet was my tabby cat called Mitzy, whom I got at the age of nine and I still have her.

My First Kiss:  Again my first kiss really depends on definition, so I'll tell you about my first two kisses. My first 'kiss' was I think in Year 2. This was on the way to P.E. and my so called 'boyfriend' gave me a 'kiss'. This is in mind that we were seven at the time... Yeah... He was called Joseph and he was adorable. My first real kiss was when I was 13 with my then boyfriend Tom, he was walking home with me as I think my Father was tutoring him in Physics at the time.

My First CD: The first CD that I bought was the S-Club 7 best hits because I was really cool.

My First Fear:  My first fear was of horse-flies because we lived right next to a farm and I used to get bitten a lot.

My First Date: My first date was when I was 11 and it was to a Christmas party at a youth club... Again too cool... There was no second date, though we did 'go out' for a year because I didn't have the heart to tell him I didn't like him. We saw each other a grand total of twice during the year...

My First Job: My first job was a paper round. Yeah... Which I still have... It was just a Sunday round though which I got £3.50 for but now I have a full time round which I get £16 a week for. Much better.

My First Tweet: Wow I just scrolled through and it's really nerdy, it was part of a conversation with @BBCStargazing about ice glaciers on the surface of Mars... Though just saying I was basically talking to Brian Cox...

My First Teacher: My first teacher if I remember rightly was called Mrs Jones and all I remember about her was that she had dark brown hair and her class room was turquoise.

My First Foreign Country I Visited: I'm fairly sure it was Spain and I was seven at the time. I remember that you had to ride a tractor to get to the beach which I thought was awesome.

My First Job I Wanted: The first job I can remember wanting was to play for Liverpool football team. Bit weird. But considering you have to be a guy, it was never going to happen. I was living near Liverpool at the time so I was proud of it... Apparently...

My First Phone: My first phone was one of the slide screen ones, it was a Nokia so rather indestructable. I had that phone for three years until I got my current phone for Christmas.

My First Word: My first word was Hello which I thought was cool until I found that my sister's first word was tractor, which is just kind of epic. However apparently you could hold a full conversation with me at the age of 18 months which I found rather cool. Smart Child.

My First Best Friend: My first best friend whom I still actually talk to is called Georgia, I met her when I was three and we were best friends until we were seven, at which point I moved from the North of England to the Midlands and was a three hour drive away... though we did write letters to each other.

Wow this post is really long. I'm not sure whether I'll be able to upload my third post today as I'm going out later and probably won't be home till around 10.

Lastly the people I'm tagging to do this next are +Lewis Killow , +Rhiannon Snook and last but not least +Milly Olifent

Tata for now

Returned to civilisation

So yeah I'm back, sorry I haven't posted but I've been on a two week surfing holiday and when Google takes THREE HOURS to load I wasn't going to be blogging.

I think I'm going to post about three times today, this will be the first one (obviously) then when I have time during the day I'll try to write and upload the others.

Once again I'm utterly shattered as just pure exercise for two weeks kills me. Yay.

But surfing WOOOOO. I go surfing around once a year and will usually have just the one lesson to get the feel back, but after that we're all set.

Though I have to say the downside was certainly that the internet connection and signal were honestly shocking. We did also camp and the weather wasn't the best at night so lack of sleep was evident I think the worst night I got 1hr 20mins sleep, that was just fabulous. Aaand we also had to  pack away the tent in a downpour, which again was just lovely, truly wonderful.

Okay I haven't got much more to say on this one, it's just a kind of I'M BACK post thingy. So yeah also my posts next week will be very periodical as I'm on an engineering course and my posts will depend on the work load that I'm set yay.

See y'all later.

Mario Kart and Portal cakes

So today it was my physics teacher's last ever lesson with us, therefore we spent both lessons not really doing much.

Well I say not much... We had a Mario Kart tournament and my team won!!! We also did a kind of gaming quiz, again we won... Seriously our team was amazing.

Also just to prove a point that Jigglypuff's final evolution is Wigglytuff. Miss said it wasn't and I would like to put it out there that it most certainly is (no I'm not at all sad, I merely know my Pokemon very well).

Other than this not much has occurred in my life since Monday, see this is what happens if I update regularly.

Therefore you shall be graced with the happenings of my lunch break today. I umpired the staff vs students rounders match, and as a result my English coursework grade has decreased from my reputed A* to a U as the students utterly thrashed the staff and my English teacher was playing.

I have nothing more to tell you other than to go and read this blog, it's fairly Harry Potter orientated but also has some other cool stuff on there too, so go, read, and be merry: http://allthingsriddikulus.blogspot.co.uk/

Also going to link to my science blog again as though I haven't posted in two weeks it has certainly grown since my last link to it: www.justaniota.blogspot.com

Tata to you all stay safe as well as live long and prosper.

Seriously I've got nothing

Sorry no inspirational post titles today, my mind seems to have gone blank, which is most unfortunate as I have quite a lot to ramble on about at you all today.

So again, yes I know, no posts in about a week, but seriously do you guys know how frustrating it is to only be able to use one hand to type with... It's soooo slow like really snail pace.

Though now I have no excuses so you may all riot if you like (only if you don't get regular uploads) as I have taken my sling off. No my elbow is not technically fully healed but I really cannot stand 30 degrees C with a piece of foam and cloth attached to the back of my neck.

Officially got bloggers block now arrrggg. Therefore I shall write about what's happened not that it's actually interesting. I'm not doing the entire week so we shall start on Friday.

Friday, yes on Friday I went to 'Zeemon Fest' with around six of my friends, it was basically a very cheap music festival at the boy's school. 'Twas alright I suppose, socialising wasn't the best thing for me I mean really I could have finished the final chapter of Portal 2 but no... I had to talk to real people 0_0.

Saturday I went clothes shopping, to any other girl this would probably be great but just ugh. I also had to stand round waiting for my brother to chose his first phone, on the up-side I bought two nerdy Ts and a book.

Sunday nothing happened other than my boss seriously messed up the papers for my round. They were all in the wrong order and he missed out the Times at the furthest house from the news-agents.

And then finally today we had a 'business' day at school, which meant we all just dossed for the whole day and came up with a product at the end of it, it was rather fun though I really would not want more than one a year, I think I may end up killing someone otherwise :p.

I will love and leave you all then as I should probably get back to writing my french speaking prep as the exam's tomorrow  and I'm only half way through writing it and I have to learn it yet...

Comment Follow and +1 if you liked it, go for it anyway if you didn't. Bye

HAYFEVER and regionals

Yes currently my hayfever is seriously killing me, my eyes are streaming. So I had written another post on Tuesday evening but I apparently didn't press the upload key... Sorry bout that...

So I will now summarise that post, I went with my school to the regional CREST finals on Tuesday and it was really cool, though we didn't win we're being allowed to go to the national finals next year wooo! So if any of you go to the national big bang fair in March, I shall also be there...

In other news, we have almost 850 views at the minute, therefore I have a challenge for you. I would like to get over 1000 by the end of July so it would be great if you would spread word around, thanks :p.

Also as I have viewers from over 12 countries at the minute, I was wondering if you guys could do a survey for me in a while, I have to make one yet, maybe I'll do it after 1000, might be more interesting. So yeah thought it might be a good thing for me to use to gage my audience and what sort of stuff you like, don't like and what other things you might want me to do in future.

Oh yeah I'm still kind of recovering from this but I spent 13.25 hours at school on Wednesday, we had an open evening and of course I was helping out in the physics department, as I have for the last three years. In total I got electric shocked 14 times, this was because idiot parents think it's a great idea to put their child's glasses back on their face or ruffle their hair whilst they are electrically charged. As I'm then hooked up to the van der graaf generator, I also get shocked. Stupid people that don't have a fundamental grasp of basic physics...

I'm fairly sure that is all for tonight, we have guests over tomorrow so the probability of you getting a post is dependant on how well the day goes and how bored I get.

Please feed Tarquin, remember to spread the word so I can reach my view target, and don't forget to +1 and follow the blog if you liked it... Thanks guys

Broken limbs and engineering

Hello...
...No nice reader, that's right don't kill me for not uploading for over two weeks...

Anyway I've returned from my two week break from blogging, during which time quite a lot has happened, just a quick note that no I hadn't planned a break from this it just sort of happened and nothing interesting has really happened until the last few days...

So yeah... Currently my arm is in a beautiful cuff and collar sling as I majestically broke it yesterday whilst playing tennis... Yeah. I broke my elbow and it honestly hurts like hell... But it was a very impressive fall apparently and according to the physio I'm really lucky it didn't break my collar bone... Rather glad on that account.

In other notes I  won that engineering contest that I was seriously stressing out about, around three weeks back. So I got £500 for me and then £500 for my school physics department, for which they now love me. Also it was our school sports day yesterday, which was interesting, I did three events: 200m, 400m and the relay. Wooo and in that order I came 3rd, 4th and 5th (our relay team that is).

Slightly less important than that but cool nonetheless this blog has over 800 views now YAY, so that's really epic. Also I will upload my engineering report to Just an Iota (which now has around 300 views) this evening in case any of you lovely people want to read it, highly doubtful but still, I can hope.

My arm is starting to kill more now so I leave you with the promise that I will update soon, maybe even tomorrow if you're lucky.

Mind estate and stress

WOOOOOO I'm stressing fairly badly yay.

What's stupid is that I know that it'll be totally fine and I'll have nothing to worry about but apparently I am an official stress head... Over nothing... Okay maybe my future... Fine yes it actually matters...slightly.

In other matters I'm moving out of my current mind habitation of a semi detached house which I share with Sherlock. Into an estate that I'm buying, after exams are over of course, I mean that would royally screw up my revision.

Also I almost have 800 views on this blog so I love you all, you're my favourites. Much thanks as well goes to anyone that went to my latin website; that's got over 150 views in a week so yay :D

I have nothing much else to say, to those of you taking exams good luck and to everyone, live long and prosper.

Spectacles and nerdy pick up lines

Good evening all (or whatever time of day you may be reading this)

I went to Specsavers yesterday, which was fun except that I have had a throbbing headache ever since I went. Wooo my eyesight has... got worse... Damn. Which now means I have to wear glasses full time as of next Friday when I'll be picking them up... Oh and I got free prescription sunglasses, which make me look like an idiot but hey. That's not difficult.

Oh and I've been exchanging far too many nerdy pick up lines with Gregory but it has been very amusing to say the least.

Also read far too much fanfiction over the last three days, seriously: wholock, destiel, treklock, johnlock, mystrade...

But it's been fun to say the least, consumed way too much ice cream this week even when it's been raining so yeah...

I'm very tired now so I will probably have to go soon but shall ramble on at you for a good more twenty minutes, though most of it will likely be deleted...

Seriously though it's only 19:14 and I'm shattered this should not happen to me; I suppose though that I have been walking four miles at least a day on around five hours sleep.
Yesterday though I just worked out that I walked about nine miles, four on paper round then five as a de-stress walk. I've never done that before this year, walk to calm down, but it seems that it has become a seemingly regular habit...

Right seriously going now, may just fall asleep on my beanbag, fell asleep on the sun-lounger in the garden earlier, until mother tipped me off, waking me up.

So byeeee. +1, follow and comment please. And check out my science blog, link below:

Forum Romanum

So how is everyone?

Today I made a website on Ancient Rome for a latin project thing wooo link here : http://forumromanum.weebly.com/index.html

Other than that I didn't do a lot really, oiled the work tops in the kitchen and tidied out the cupboards in the utility room.
Aaaand read fanfiction.

Oh, yeah. I started my new round today in the morning so wooooooooo pay rise from £3.50 to £16.00 a week. But my boss did miss out a paper this morning so I had to walk back to the newsagents to pick it up, which wasn't fun, oh well.

Haven't really done much else today so good byeeeee

Must watch

Gregory I want to cover this...

Watch "THIS SHIP (This Kiss - Alex Day PARODY)" on YouTube

No ship should go down without her captain...

Yeah, I just watched Star Trek Into Darkness.

...And OH MY LIFE IT'S AMAZING I LOVE AND JUST AFSAGPEIGBQVCUFCFMJH2XMES8A0 YEAH!!!

That is all...

But it's been a while, I've been actually revising for once and created a website for my latin project as I left the entirety of my equipment for it at school...
...Oh well...

So yeah I'm alive hopefully all of you are as well... I can't really think of much to say as my life has literally consisted of revising and digging in my garden for the last four ish days... Very uneventful.

And so I bid you adieu with the hope that my next post will be a tad more interesting...

Mycroft out.

Pringles

So hi guys!

In case you don't know me in person such as most of you bar about seven...
...I split up with my long term boyfriend the other day... Yeah...

So I'm currently in my school computer suite with panicking year 11s as well as Consulting Hobbit and +Isadore Jairus next to me watching vlogs whilst I think of what to say to you all.

I haven't done this in like a week and I'm very sorry for this fact. I just didn't want to say anything much about Thomas and all that...

Soooooo. How is everyone? It's year 13's last day today so we currently have people in togas, flourescent lycra and elmo suits wandering round which is fairly entertaining.

I'm about to go and play tennis so I shall love you and leave you until the next time, I'll try to upload more over half term holiday but I shall be speed revising science... Yay.

Also I have messed up my back and left leg due to stupid and sadistic geography field trips which force me on a 12 mile hike through hills whilst carrying 2 tonne bags on my back so yeah that's new...

... Byeeeeeee (oh and feed tarquin please people :p)

Cheerleading ring-wraiths

Hi again guys,

Fairly tired and can't really be bothered to type right now as I've just completed three solid hours of manual labour.

So I have good news: I just had a phone call to confirm my engineering work experience placement!!!

Very pleased.

Oh and the title was because two of my friends in my maths set were screaching, sounding like ring-wraiths and then in a rather plastic tone (mean girls) yelled 'awesome' rather loudly so I decided they were cheerleading ring--wraiths, as you do...

On other notes, my 9gag app on my phone has died so I am procrastinating less, thus being the ninja that I am finished a whole module of physics notes in one night.

Also I'm on a geography field trip next Monday and Tuesday so I may blog those... But yay two days of standing in rivers and measuring building heights in Shrewsbury... Which according to my computer is not a word... Oh well.

Therefore I shall now conclude this and procrastinate, I'll probably end up on 9gag on the laptop now...

Fare thee well.

Jammy Dodgers

'I don't like jammy dodgers but I do like a nice hobnob.'

Was the sentiment I overheard the ICT teacher expressing as they were perusing the biscuit selection for their teachers after school meeting.

Cracked both me and my friend up right away, to which my maths teacher replied 'No girls,we don't get out much.'

Again very funny. So that was essentially the highlight of my day, other than winning a bet against my physics teacher and admitting to having procrastinating as one of my most abundant talents during biology.

On to the betting, so in my physics lab there is a hook from the ceiling which is occasionally used for momentum demonstrations and the like, now my teacher has a large tub of rubber bands at the front of the classroom and so during lunch time whilst I was in her lab with a friend, she bet us that we couldn't fire an elastic band at the hook and get it on there.

Of course. Challenge accepted.

My friend the first time Miss went out the room stood on a chair and put one up there as a joke twas fairly funny. However the second time she went out there were five people in the lab. I somehow managed to fire  and hook it with three eye-witnesses, one was looking the other way hence only three. Now however as she wasn't there Miss is refusing to give me five house points which she bet me.

Claiming them anyway but still... hmph.

Anywho I must leave you now and attempt revision...

Actually being productive

So I'm never going to blog about clothes again, seriously the worst view count EVER.

That's over with now, I should probably be doing my physics homework right now but I really cannot be bothered to write from the view point of an electron right now.

'An Autobiography  of an Electron'

I should actually do that to slightly annoy my teacher, could be fun...

Anyway the last two days of my life I have actually done stuff and not procrastinated!!! Yesssssss IT'S POSSIBLE!!!

I've written out the first chapter of Biology and of Physics and the first three of Chemistry...

I also remembered that I really need to edit my vlog and upload it as that's been sitting on my camera for a fortnight now...

Okay I'm off now, bye

Fashion (or lack thereof)

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah.

Okay so as promised since I did not see Star Trek over the course of this weekend, I shall inform you lovely people of my opinion on dress sense and stuff.

Those of you that know me will likely know most of this but hey! You can read it for comedy value.

So I don't really bother following fashion and really prefer to make up my own sort of style. I really can't be bothered...Far too lazy.

Basically I wear anything that's kinda casual, crazy patterned jeans with a T and my leather jacket is my essential trademark but other than that, jeans T and hoodie really.

I will also because I'm really normal, happily walk round my town in a cosplay outfit though so yeah...

I dressed up as Bellatrix Lestrange from Harry Potter on world book day, and therefore had to walk round town centre in a long black cloak... Serious fun...
...Recently though I also did the Impossible Astronaut day and so went round with tally marks on my arms...

Yeah I don't mind looking like a complete idiot.

I can't be bothered to think up interesting things to say about clothes now so I will ramble at you about Iron Man 3.

So I saw this last week on a friend's camping weekend. And it was amazing, except the ending; the ending was awful and stupid and if they mess up that particular detail for Avengers 2 I shall have to murder them all.

That is all I will say on Iron Man as I'm not one for spoilers considering how much it destroys me when somebody ruins the plot of something for me...

Bye again for now, make sure you check out Just an Iota as I shall be posting on that tomorrow, about fictitious forces (centrifugal force)

Breathing

Breathing...
...Breathing's boring.

No it's really not... Just saying... I haven't been mentally able to breath for about two weeks now...
... And now I can. It's a lovely feeling a mon avis. So I've just submitted my engineering PDF. Within the deadline!!!! THE HORROR!!! I somehow was slightly organised!

So the file has been drafted around three times, been proof read four and been written at least six times, fairly stressful but hey! £500 is kind of worth it... But it's on how engineering helps to solve current issues and how it can solve the issues of the 21st Century, which is fairly interesting but also stressful. Give me three weeks to write a report any day... But one and a bit!!! Just arrrrgh.

But then it's all over now and I can relax over the weekend. I only have one piece of work that I need to do for Monday, the rest is just my extra stuff.

Anyway I shall leave you now, see you lovelies tomorrow hopefully when I may do a post about my opinions on clothes, unless I go to see Star Trek in which case it will most definitely be about that. Nom Benedict Nom...

Byeeeeee. Check out the links on a different post I can't be bothered to paste it all today. And please feed Tarquin...

No I haven't left you... Honest

Sooooo , long time no see. And no you don't really get a reason other than that I've been tres busy recently with engineering and stuff.

What's been going on? Not much interesting stuff really, I've written a three page report on engineering and been doing quite a lot for my work experience. Yay sciency stuff...

I've just finished the report seriously about 10 minutes and I've been working on it for two weeks.

Also been doing a lot of wiki-trails last night with one of my friends these are the trails and winners:
It was basically a draw, a fun draw we were both very competative

vlogbrothers- to plant pots: Merriharry potter-to polar bears: Again Merriheadphones-to ice lolly: Mesainsburys- to lamp post: Meblack holes- to microsoft: Merriglasses- to strictly come dancing: Me

Apparently this doesn't want to align properly to I'll love you and leave you then try to sort it out...

Vlog and 9gag

Yeah so that's the link  to the vlog that ConsultingHobbit and I filmed on Thursday evening, there's quite a lot of background noise as we were on a coach to the theatre. I'm hoping to go and film a vlog later today on my camera though that's subject as to whether I can get out my house, it'll just be an introduction vlog really but hey, it may be up later. I'm also trying to edit a rather bad quality video that ConsultingHobbit and I filmed during inset day but, yeah that may take a while as my computer's being a little toddler today and is throwing tantrums at me...

I'll see you all later byeeeeee.

As You Like It

I apologise if this is all that everyone blogs about over the next few days.

So with that out the way, yeah we went to see As You Like It which is a Shakespeare play and is just amazing seriously I was verbally key-smashing during the interval.

So it's a comedy, portrayed extremely well by the RSC though unfortunately Tennant wasn't in this one :( . It was still epic though... I recommend that people go read the play but give yourself a bit of time to decipher what is actually going on as it can be a little confusing.

In other news ConsultingHobbit and I filmed une Vlog. Which was very fun, I annoyed her quite a bit I'd assume. And we had boiled sweets thrown at us. That will probably be uploaded soon and I'll post it on here...

I'm becoming very unoriginal at the minute and can't really think of anything to say other than I actually do have to leave you all now due to having to change for youth group *YAY*.

Also very sleep deprived and so you guys will not be receiving a second post when I return from YG. You may also not get one tomorrow as I'm an idiot and lost a load of paper work for a science qualification that I'm doing, the deadline was today but I now have an extension to Monday morning. So now you know what I'll be doing locked in my room all weekend. That and maths extension work. I can't remember whether I told you lot but essentially my physics teacher is currently tutoring me in maths (don't ask) and as  you know I had an inset day on Tuesday, I therefore being the good little nerd that I am decided to do my extra maths homework. I now understand trigonometry but only got 3/15 in the rearranging equations part so I have even more work to do on that over the weekend. Such fun.

Foam Banana Withdrawal

So how is everyone,

Those of you that have been reading for a long time, and some of you that bother to read some of my older posts *cough* may (or not) have noticed that one of the posts is missing, hence the post after that doesn't make much sense. I can only apologise for this however as this blog is becoming rather public nearly 500 views guys I decided to take down the 'awkward post' as I have coined it.

So if anybody had noticed that, that would be why.

So yesterday I was truly lucky and had an inset, which meant no school. MWAHAHAHAHA to everyone that had to work yesterday. I went into town with Hooper and Gregory for the day and filmed a vlog as well as carried on with world domination plans. Essentially the reason for the title of this post is that in the middle of town Gregory declared that she was indeed having withdrawal  from foam bananas...

Not much has really happened, I did a couple of hours on CREST and spent about an hour doing maths, which was probably all incorrect anyway but hey!

Physics was interesting as we got to drop things out of windows, though both Anderson and I were slightly interrogated on a rather awkward topic... So that was interesting to say the least, though my teacher declared that religion was 'faffy' which cracked me up a bit...

AAAAAANNNDDD I have nothing else to declare really... So ALONZI mes amis, I'll be back probably tomorrow.

Back in bed

So I've returned from my youth weekend which just to clarify for those who will see me tomorrow means I will literally be death warmed up as this weekend was not getting enough sleep and making up for that with coffee every three hours, no exaggeration, so sorry,  I do pity you all.

But that's not all. NO. I WAS FORCED INTO FLIPPING BOLLYWOOD DANCING...
Yeah not good, nobody is allowed to mock me,  I will withdraw your credit card...

So that was amusing to say the least as nobody could dance for toffee. However they did video and we had a girls v guys dance off and boy did we thrash them... Sorry boys.

On other notes I did a heck of a lot of guitar-ing and singing over the course of the weekend so my vocal chords are shredded, if I can't speak tomorrow you know why now...

My brain is literally fried as I got home, flopped for about five mins, got tea and started latin work, YAY btw guys it's fairly easily.

I'm now hating on spotify ads, seriously let me listen to my music, not someone speaking...

Anywho I'm off now, see you tomorrow, gonna go catch up on sleep; you all know the drill: feed Tarquin and check out the links, however a little effort for you the links are on the other posts, rather than this one as it's being done on a phone...

Oh Oh Oh Oh!!!! Something else cool, we played live cluedo; guess whose team won??? Yes I did indeed go into Sherlock mode, it was fun...

Actually going now, and Just an Iota's been update just to let you know...

Gooood Morning all.

So I'm currently at a youth weekend which is going really well. Hanging out with a couple of eccentrics and Thomas but it's all good fun.

We did laughter yoga last night which was... Interesting to say the least. I'm also staying with an old couple, the lady of which plays guitar so I was let loose on last night woooo as well as eating copious amounts of chocolate.

So I've got to go now. Time for the next study. See yah all later...

Shortie

So this post is going to be like seriously short, I'm just updating to say that I've posted quite a bit on Just an Iota so if any of you read that, that's got some cool stuff on it now... And will be regularly  updated over the week.
So how are you all? I've just written a debate speech which was essentially nonsense but hey hopefully it'll go better than last time. Currently raving to Fall Out Boy, woooooo.

I have no life guys. But I'm not sure if I can update tomorrow as I've got leaver's presents to buy till about 5:30 then I'll be leaving for a concert about 6:30. I'm guitaring and singing, which I was cornered into doing last night... It's good though I got to miss P.E. and Biology so I'm fairly happy about it...

Anyway I'm gonna go now. Bye guys, DO NOT NEGLECT TARQUIN...  OR ELSE.

sci-fi film alphabet

Okay this won't have much writing but essentially I wanted to do a couple of experiments as such. This has got two pictures on, and I wanted to see if anyone could get both of them:

Good luck guys see you tomorrow-M

Evening

And I've returned. No you can't kill me. I KNOW I've been away for ages but seriously my wi-fi has been a little tetchy and hasn't worked really over the past week. Anyways I'm back and hopefully for a while too. So I would say nothing much has been happening but then Gregory and Anderson would likely kill me...

So it was my birthday over the weekend. Wooo, no seriously I'm not that bothered about my birthday, never really have been. Yay I survived another year!!!

So I got a camera, some epic clothing from Thomas and The Hobbit from ConsultingHobbit...
Anderson also gave me a load of GREENDAY CDs so  those will be on the i-pod by the end of the week hopefully...

Again nothing much will be happening over the next week really so this blog will be fairly standard though I'm hoping to update Just An Iota a couple times with my physics trip stuff...

I may, if Blackburn is amiable to sending it to  me upload the video of my epic skydiving skills, as well as the picture that Kit drew of us all...

Oh and just for anyone at school, if you're asked Blackburn couldn't find the mouse and is fairly annoyed...
No, she didn't tell me to spread that round to panic them... Honestly...

I have nothing more to say, other than thank you all for reading,  hello to those new readers from Russia, no I'm not stalking you don't worry, I only know where you live MWAHAHAHAHA...

Feed Tarquin and check out the links, I'll probably be back tomorrow...

whoever said physics wasn't funny

Yeah this is also on http://just-an-iota.blogspot.co.uk/  but I decided to post it here as well...

So when I can be bothered to rifle through nearly 50 pages of paper work to find interesting physics for me to post, I will do so, I promise.

But until then this may amuse a few of you. If any of you don't understand any of the lines, just leave a comment and either myself or an equally nerdy person may be able to explain...

One day, all of the world's famous physicists decided to get together for a party (Ok, there were some non-physicists too who crashed the party). Fortunately, the doorman was a grad student, and able to observe some of the guests...
  • Everyone gravitated toward Newton, but he just kept moving around at a constant velocity and showed no reaction.
  • Einstein thought it was a relatively good time.
  • Coulomb got a real charge out of the whole thing.
  • Cauchy, being the mathematician, still managed to integrate well with everyone.
  • Thompson enjoyed the plum pudding.
  • Pauli came late, but was mostly excluded from things, so he split.
  • Pascal was under too much pressure to enjoy himself.
  • Ohm spent most of the time resisting Ampere's opinions on current events.
  • Hamilton went to the buffet tables exactly once.
  • Volta thought the social had a lot of potential.
  • Hilbert was pretty spaced out for most of it.
  • Heisenberg may or may not have been there.
  • Feynman got from the door to the buffet table by taking every possible path
  • The Curies were there and just glowed the whole time.
  • van der Waals forced himeself to mingle.
  • Wien radiated a colourful personality.
  • Millikan dropped his Italian oil dressing.
  • de Broglie mostly just stood in the corner and waved.
  • Hollerith liked the hole idea.
  • Stefan and Boltzman got into some hot debates.
  • Everyone was attracted to Tesla's magnetic personality.
  • Compton was a little scatter-brained at times.
  • Bohr ate too much and got atomic ache.
  • Watt turned out to be a powerful speaker.
  • Hertz went back to the buffet table several times a minute.
  • Faraday had quite a capacity for food.
  • Oppenheimer got bombed.
  • The microwave started radiating in the background when Penzias and Wilson showed up.
  • After one bite Chandrasekhar reached his limit.
  • Gamow left the party early with a big bang while Hoyle stayed late in a steady state.
  • For Schrodinger this was more a wave function rather than a social function.
  • Skorucak wanted to put everybody on his web site.
  • Erdos was sad no epsilons were invited.
  • Born thought the probability of enjoying himself was pretty high.
  • Instead of coming through the front door Josephson tunnelled through.
  • Groucho refused to attend any party that would invite him in the first place.
  • Niccolò Tartaglia kept stammering throughout the evening.
  • Pauling wanted to bond with everyone.
  • Keynes was keen to question the marginal utility of this party.
  • Shakespeare could not decide whether to be or not to be at the party.
  • John Forbes Nash wanted to play a n-person zero sum game.
  • Pavlov brought his dog; which promptly chased after Schrodinger's cat.
  • Zeno of Elea came with two friends - Achilles and the tortoise.
  • Bill Gates came to install windows.
  • Bertrand Russell kept wondering if the cook only cooks for the guests, who cooks for the cook?
  • Witten bought a present all tied up with superstrings.
  • The food was beautifully laid out by Mendeleyev on the periodic table.
  • Riemann hypothesised about who would arrive next; to which Newton retorted, ' hypotheses non fingo.'
  • Chadwick was handing out neutrons free of charge.
  • Everyone was amazed at Bell's inequality.
  • Watson and Crick danced the Double Helix.
  • While Fermat sang, 'Save the Last Theorem for me.'
  • Maxwell's demon argued with Dawkin's friend, the selfish Gene.
  • Russell and Whitehead insisted on checking the bill for completeness and consistency. Godel said it was incomplete and it can never be proved otherwise.
  • Epimenides the Cretan announced that only non-Cretans spoke the truth.
  • Rontgen saw through everybody.
  • Descartes cogitated, 'I think I am drunk. Therefore I am at the party.'

Retained the power of typing

I was very tempted to title this one WORDS but then decided that was slightly  over the top...

So how are you all? Good. Pleasantries over. So I have done literally nothing today. Life is currently very dull, though I found some new alley routes whilst skiving church...

I've also read a lot of fanfic, including Anderson the latest installment of Fifth House gaaaarrhhhhggg ICH LIEBE.

Apologies for the bombardment of pictures earlier, I was essentially going through my phone and was like I must upload these for no apparent reason whatsoever, so yeah, you have lovely photos now. Of sparkly unicorns...

Anyway, I have nothing else to say, hopefully tomorrow will be more eventful, which it should be as we're going back to school YAY *insert sarcasm sign here*. Oh and as you're all lovely I think I have like 2 pictures to upload with this post; they are serious proof that I spend way too much time on the internet, namely on 9gag recently as Blackburn showed me it last week.

Comment , follow, like whatever you humans do and don't forget to check out the links below:

Oh and Tarquin thanks Anderson for the banquet after last actual blog post...

There and back again...

HONEY, I'M HOOOOME!!!!

Sorry bout that but it needed to be done. So I'm back from extreme physics after 3 days and I loved it. I know I said that I would update during the evenings but I didn't anticipate getting to my room at midnight then having to write stuff up for an hour, so essentially I didn't stop working till around 1 in the morning every day; and after physics for 18 hours my brain would not function enough to write a post. As well as this I didn't have any internet connection in my room and I didn't particularly want to sit out in the corridor where there was some...

Anyway, I started writing this post on Thursday then decided that I was far too tired to write, then was out with Consulting Hobbit in the afternoon on Friday, then I WENT TO HORRIBLE HISTORIES TOUR IN THE EVENING AND IT WAS AMAZING sooo yeah; that would be why this blog has been empty for a few days...

So I learnt loads on my physics trip and spent three days bantering with my physics teacher and out sarcasmed her by the end of it SUCCESS :D:D:D:D:D:D. Yeah very big achievement I think she got me once but still... Great time lots of physics, I overall did  54 hours of physics on 6 hours of sleep. woohooo

And now I have nothing to say but I going to upload a couple of pictures tomorrow probably, I would normally do it tonight but Thomas is staying over so I'm busy from 6 onwards. Sorry guys. See yah tomorrow, I'm going slightly crazy. For those of you I know, you can hear all the Blackburn anecdotes from the week on Monday, Oh and I almost died during skydiving. No kidding I plummeted from outside the glass ring and almost landed on my head, only just straightened out in time... But it was soooo fun...

Alonzi!!!!

So this is the last post this week that may actually have slightly decent typing and spelling, Fare thee well good grammar... Yeah I'm going to do the next few post via phone as apparently nobody had a preference as to what I do, grrrr Tarquin's getting hungry again guys, Anderson's the only one feeding him...

Anyway so yeah apologies in advance for any horrors that you may or may not encounter over the next three  days but my phone doesn't have a spell check and I refuse to use predictive. I'm also going to be updating Just an Iota whilst I'm there seeing as it's a physics trip, in case anybody was interested...

Went round to Sherlock's (a friend) place today that was fun and Mrs Hudson was hilarious as usual... Ashton says 'Hi!' Gregory.

I'm about to go and watch some Sherlock episodes but before, I was browsing google as you do and came across these and they're kind of adorable.

Yeah for anyone who hasn't guessed I totally ship Johnlock and Mystrade, oh and Gregory you're in luck Give me a Label still hasn't updated, it's killing me...

Anyway I must leave you now, Happy April and please feed Tarquin... Links below, check out...

For the amusement of sherlockians

Just a very short update as I honestly have nothing better to do with my time...

Okay so I spent 2 hours in hospital with Mother today. She's feeling a little better though her canular clogged earlier which really wasn't good.

I have had almost nothing else to do today so I've cleaned, cooked and read. Namely a very good hp/tr fic. Fluff.

I also found something whilst I was browsing the webs and I thought you may graciously appreciate it Gregory dear as well as anyone else who just so happens to adore John Watson from Sherlock. IT'S JOHN! IN PINK!!!

I must go pack now so I'll leave you all goodnight. Comment please and check out the links below:
